Reading this, and I am left with a bitter taste. Liv Perrotto's mother says that her account was hacked and that she never intended to make money from all of this. Basically, she is denying that she benefited from the meme coin ASTEROID that circulated in her name after her daughter's death.
On one hand, I understand the pain of losing a child; on the other hand, all this meme money surrounding her story is quite shady. She clarifies that any funds in Bags will go to a memorial foundation, so at least that sounds good. She also apologized to those affected.
I don't know, cases like these confuse me because you never know what is real and what isn't. Do you believe the mother, or do you think there is something fishy here?
