Bitcoin dominance has recovered to 56.88%, but it's still hard to say that we've entered a full-fledged upward trend. Looking at recent movements, the BTC dominance rate seems to lack stability.
As the overall crypto market is growing, there's a high possibility that funds are flowing from Bitcoin to altcoins. In other words, the slow recovery of BTC dominance indicates that capital movement within the market is becoming more active.
I think investors' asset allocation strategies are also changing. As long as the trend continues toward diversification away from Bitcoin-centered holdings, a significant rise in BTC dominance is unlikely. Even though the overall market capitalization is increasing, the fact that Bitcoin dominance isn't doing so well suggests that there are underlying reasons for that.
