Hey, I'm following along here and Bitcoin is approaching a pretty interesting milestone. According to the latest data, we already have over 20 million BTC in circulation, leaving less than 1 million to be mined out of the total 21 million. It's like... we're really in the final stretch.

What catches attention is that this programmed scarcity has always been Bitcoin's key feature. While most traditional currencies can be printed indefinitely, here we have a very clear limit. With less than 980,000 BTC remaining, you can see why many people treat this as digital scarcity indeed.

I'm seeing traders and miners watching this. Because when you have an asset with decreasing supply and potentially increasing demand, the dynamics change. Mining will become less profitable in terms of new BTC, but fees might make up for it. Anyway, this round number of 884,000 BTC (or less now) marks an important point in Bitcoin's history. It's worth watching how the market reacts to this in the coming months.
