Recently, I've come across a bunch of PFPs talking about building a "membership system" and "brand storytelling." I actually don't mind it; in fact, I envy the patience to gradually nurture a community. But honestly, most of the time, what you're buying isn't long-term value, but that fleeting moment of attention and social access... Once the hype passes, the profile pictures are still there, but people have dispersed.

I tend to look at two small things first: whether on-chain migration costs are high, and whether cross-chain transfers have pitfalls (like delays, fees). And also, don’t be too superstitious about data tool tags—recently, some people have complained about lag or even being misled. Now I see "smart money" and "whales entering" just as emotional background, not as navigation.

I still believe: projects that truly treat "members" as a service, and treat promises as debts to be repaid, will ultimately be left standing. For now, I’ll just watch and see.
