A-shares midday review: Shanghai Composite Index shrinks in volume and fluctuates, down 0.24%, computing power sector leads the decline
As of midday trading, the Shanghai Composite Index fell 0.24%, the Shenzhen Component Index dropped 0.75%, the ChiNext Index declined 0.94%, and the Beijing Stock Exchange 50 fell 1.73%. The total market turnover was 142.5B yuan, a decrease of 1.425 billion yuan compared to the previous day’s turnover.
In terms of sectors and themes, the electronic chemicals, coal, and film and television theater sectors led the gains; computing power and liquid-cooled server sectors saw the largest declines.
In the market, the electronic chemicals sector continued to strengthen, with Huate Gas hitting the 20% daily limit, Fangbang Shares and Jin Hong Gas rising over 10%, and Haixing Shares hitting the daily limit. The coal sector fluctuated higher, with Gansu Energy Chemical rising over 8%, Jin Kuo Coal and Shaanxi Coal rising over 4%. The film and television theater sector initially strengthened, with Beijing Culture and Wento Holdings hitting the daily limit. The computing power sector continued to weaken, with Shida Group hitting the limit down, Kangsheng Shares and Jialitu falling over 8%. The liquid-cooled server sector weakened, with Yingweike and Shengyang Shares hitting the limit down, and Ruijie Shares falling over 9%.
