Yesterday in the elevator, a five or six-year-old girl stared at me for a long time and suddenly said, "Auntie, you are so ugly." Her mother quickly covered her mouth and apologized to me. I said it's okay. When the elevator arrived and I was leaving, the little girl called out from behind, "But she smells really good." I stood outside the elevator door in a daze for a long time. Turns out, in a child's world, being ugly and smelling good can exist at the same time.
