LAKELAND'S $18M EBITDA PROMISE BECAME A $5.85 PER-SHARE LOSS: LEVI & KORSINSKY, LLP

Levi & Korsinsky, LLP has announced a lawsuit against Lakeland Industries, Inc. (NASDAQ: LAKE) for allegedly misleading investors with financial projections that failed to materialize. The company’s adjusted EBITDA promise of at least $18 million for FY 2025 was narrowly missed, followed by five consecutive quarters of missed consensus estimates, culminating in a significant stock collapse and withdrawal of all forward guidance. The lawsuit, with a lead plaintiff deadline of April 24, 2026, claims Lakeland’s management failed to disclose known risks regarding underperforming acquisitions and production issues.
