Recently, I've started treating transaction records as part of my daily routine, like brushing my teeth. Otherwise, by the end of the year, my mind will be filled with questions like "Where did this come from?"

My current simple method: every time I deposit, withdraw, exchange coins, or transfer on-chain, I take a screenshot + log the Tx hash into a table, with notes in plain language, like "Withdrew from exchange to cold wallet" or "Gave a friend gas." Don't expect to remember it all later.

Recently, the community has been arguing about privacy coins and the compliance boundaries of mixing services. I find it a bit exhausting to watch... To put it simply, the more ambiguous the area, the more important it is to keep a clear record of the background, or you won't be able to explain it yourself.
Anyway, I don't pursue perfect record-keeping; I just want to be able to review it later. The rest is up to time.
