BlockBeats News, April 22 — According to Hyperinsight monitoring, as the price of BTC broke through $78k, the short positions of the whale starting with 0x2fca triggered two rounds of liquidation in succession, totaling 40 BTC liquidated, worth approximately $3.11 million. This is the eighth liquidation for this address in nearly a week.
After liquidation, the address used the remaining approximately $30k in the account to open a BTC short position with 40x leverage, with the current position size at only $310k, and the liquidation price set at $79,085.
