Deutsche Telekom is reportedly considering a full merger with T-Mobile US.

Mars Finance News: April 22—According to reports, German telecommunications company is considering a full merger with T-Mobile US. This would create a multinational telecom group and could become the biggest publicly listed merger and acquisition deal in history. Deutsche Telekom currently holds about 53% of T-Mobile shares and is its largest shareholder. The company is discussing establishing a new holding company, through which it would make a stock acquisition offer to Deutsche Telekom and T-Mobile. (Wide Angle Watch)
