When doing cross-chain transfers, do you also get impatient, wanting the funds to arrive immediately after clicking the confirm button?

I used to be like that too, but then I realized that "waiting for confirmation" isn't the platform deliberately delaying you; it's about waiting for a bunch of people and a bunch of rules to give the green light: many bridges are multi-signature-controlled, requiring several people to agree before releasing funds; and with oracles, which "report the news," taking a bit more time to verify sources makes it more reliable. Recently, hardware wallets have been out of stock, and phishing links are everywhere. Honestly, everyone's security awareness has improved, but the most overlooked part is still this intermediary step in cross-chain transfers... Anyway, I now prefer to wait a few more minutes rather than save a little time and risk staying awake all night.
