I can’t really hold onto spot positions myself. If it rises a little, I want to cash out first—then when I look back, I just slap my thigh in regret. And futures are even more absurd: I let my confidence run wild, add more, and then a single needle just wipes it straight to zero. There’s barely anything worth “replaying” or analyzing... Later, I gave myself a piece of plain, human advice: don’t let any impulse push you off the trading table directly.

To put it simply, I calculate my position size based on “how many hits I can take at my worst,” not on “how much I think it’s going to rise.” Lately, all those new L1/L2 projects are doing incentive schemes to pull up TVL, and old users complain about the whole “mine, pull out, sell” cycle—I get that feeling too. So I’d rather make a little less now; at least I won’t be carried away by a wave of emotions. Save your life.
