Cryptocurrency industry-related political groups have reserved nearly $180 million for the U.S. midterm elections.

Golden Finance reports that on April 22, the Political Action Committee for the cryptocurrency industry accumulated $180 million in funding reserves for the U.S. midterm elections, with the amount even surpassing some major Republican super PACs. The report states that most of these funds were carried over from last year, with the vast majority held by Fairshake. Major funders of Fairshake include Coinbase, Ripple Labs, and Andreessen Horowitz.
