ChainCatcher News, SpaceX announced today that it has reached a cooperation agreement with AI programming startup Cursor, which grants SpaceX the right to acquire the company later this year for $60 billion or pay $10 billion to advance the partnership.

It is reported that Cursor developer Anysphere completed a $400k pre-seed round of funding in April 2022, jointly invested by Alameda Research and Heroic Ventures.
