What is the biggest lie in this world?

The original intention was good, but the people below carried it out incorrectly.
This sentence can test stupidity and distinguish fools.
But this sentence is politically correct with historical origins.
When Yue Fei died, Hang residents beat drums and set off firecrackers to celebrate; later, they cast a statue of Qin Hui. Then those people queued up again to scold Old Qin.
Zhao Gou didn't say a word; even 10 Qin Huis couldn't harm the commander of the Yue family army or the Minister of National Defense—Yue Fei.
The statue of Qin Hui has knelt for 800 years, and no one scolds Zhao Gou, because Old Zhao is Song Emperor Gaozong—absolutely correct.
Qin Hui is only the knife; Zhao Gou is the one holding the knife.
But now, tourists are still queuing up to scold Qin Hui.
I used to be a “project foreman.” If anything goes wrong with the project, it's my responsibility; it has nothing to do with the technical staff, the shift leaders, or the workers.
There were a few minor issues, but I didn't punish or blame anyone—whoever didn't do what I asked, regardless of who it was, was a reflection of my incompetence.
There’s a simple “way to read the meaning” in dealing with people: don’t listen to what they say—watch the purpose of why they say those things.
As for policies: don’t worry about what they say; just look at the results. This is the only standard for testing whether something is right or wrong and good or bad.
“The original intention was good”—the reason it has lasted for thousands of years is that there are too many fools—generation after generation without end.
The biggest difference between animals and humans: all animals can freely elect their leaders, and animals won’t choose a stupid and incompetent one as their leader.
