First, to leverage advantages, promote deep coverage of 5G gigabit optical networks, continuously advance the “Signal Upgrade” special campaign, and improve network coverage and supply capacity; second, to promote upgrades, accelerate large-scale commercial use of 5G, drive the evolution of dual gigabit networks to dual ten-thousand-gigabit networks, and accelerate the development of mobile Internet of Things and intelligent connectivity of all things; third, to foster collaboration, systematically plan the research and development of frontier technologies such as 6G and the next-generation Internet, and promote collaborative innovation between the information and communication industry and vertical industries.
