SpaceX announces it has the right to acquire AI programming startup Cursor for $60 billion

Odaily Planet Daily reports that SpaceX announced on the X platform that it has reached a cooperation agreement with AI programming startup Cursor, which grants SpaceX the right to acquire it later this year for $60 billion or to pay $10 billion to advance the cooperation between the two parties. Cursor is a rapidly growing AI startup focused on developing code writing software.
