Lawmakers push for legislation to address rising catalytic converter thefts

Southwest Airlines confirmed that the pilots of Flight 507 had to take evasive action to avoid a collision with Southwest Flight 1152 at Nashville International Airport. While Flight 507 was performing a go-around due to gusty winds, air traffic control instructions inadvertently placed it in the path of the departing Flight 1152. Both flights responded to onboard alerts, and the FAA is investigating the incident.
