Sui Ecosystem Protocol Volo posted on X, confirming a security incident that occurred today, resulting in approximately $3.5 million worth of assets (including WBTC, XAUm, and USDC) in the Volo Vaults being stolen. The official statement said that they immediately notified the Sui Foundation and ecosystem partners, and froze all vaults to prevent further losses; the attack was limited to three specific vaults, while the remaining total TVL of about $28 million is confirmed to be secure, with no common vulnerability vectors. Volo emphasized that they will bear all losses from this incident and will not pass them on to users. They are currently working with on-chain investigators to recover the funds and will publish a full post-incident analysis and remediation plan after the investigation concludes.

In response to the security incident affecting Volo, NAVI Protocol stated that they have proactively paused their contracts and activated their security protocol as an immediate precaution. They also emphasized that NAVI was not affected. The pause is a standard security procedure, and they are conducting a thorough review out of extreme caution. The official also mentioned that deposits and withdrawals will be back online within 3–6 hours. Once the contracts are fully restored, they will release further updates.
