SpaceX has agreed to acquire Cursor for more than $50 billion.

ChainCatcher reports that, according to two informed sources, SpaceX has agreed to acquire Cursor for over $50 billion. Cursor is a rapidly growing artificial intelligence startup focused on developing coding software. As SpaceX prepares to make this deal, it is also gearing up for what could be one of the largest IPOs in history.

Founded in 2022, Cursor has raised over $3 billion and has become one of the fastest-growing AI startups, causing a stir. Previously, SpaceX stated that Cursor had granted SpaceX the right to acquire Cursor for $60 billion, or alternatively, SpaceX could choose to pay $10 billion for the partnership result.
