Spot positions can't be held, and contracts always make me want to gamble everything at once, resulting in either selling too early or getting liquidated... My current position management boils down to one simple rule: first figure out "how much am I willing to lose at most," then decide how much to buy. Otherwise, when emotions take over, it’s like opening a blind box.

I'm not regretful about the outcome, but about how I stubbornly deny losses each time, stubbornly holding on until it turns into a "discipline disappearance technique." Especially recently, with the inflation + studio + coin price spiral in blockchain games, it’s really a dead end: you think you're surfing, but you're actually spinning in a vortex. Anyway, I now treat small positions as a way to test and buy tickets; for large positions... forget it, sleeping is more important.
