Michael Saylor Predicts He Will Soon Own More Bitcoin Than Satoshi
Michael Saylor's company, Strategy, is predicted to surpass Satoshi Nakamoto's Bitcoin holdings by September 2026. According to the latest SEC report on Monday (20/4), Saylor's corporate balance has reached 815,061 BTC. The record purchase of 34,164 BTC in the past week at an average price of $74,395 is accelerating the company's ambition to overtake the creator of Bitcoin.
With a daily accumulation rate of 2,800 BTC, Saylor only needs about 147 days to close the gap of 281,293 coins to surpass Satoshi's estimated wealth of 1.1 million BTC. Through the "21/21" capital plan, the company aggressively targets its first one million coins. Most of the purchase funds come from the preferred stock instrument STRC, which dominated 85% of last week's accumulation transactions.
Although affected by market volatility at the start of 2026, Saylor continues to average down and add holdings at an average market price of $75,527. This strategy positions Strategy as the world's largest institutional Bitcoin holder. Saylor's current focus is to make his company the entity with the strongest BTC liquidity, while ending Satoshi's anonymity dominance in the list of the largest individual asset holders.
