Multiple locations in Israel are hit by missile attacks; over 4,000 people have been hospitalized since the military conflict.

Multiple locations in Israel sounded air raid sirens on the 20th, warning of an Iranian missile attack.
Data released by the Ministry of Health on the same day showed that by 7 a.m. that day, since the start of large-scale military operations against Iran, 4,099 Israelis had been hospitalized, with 80 still receiving treatment in hospitals.
The Israeli rescue organization “Red David Shield” said that missile shrapnel fell in the central city of Rehovot that day, injuring at least two people.
Several others were injured while heading to shelters.
The organization reported on the 19th that since launching large-scale military operations against Iran, 18 Israelis have been killed in attacks.
