I just found out that my hicine app is crashing again and it’s driving me crazy. I checked and found that a lot of people are running into this issue, especially when using Android 13 and above. Later, I tried a few methods, and most of them can fix it.

The fastest method is to force stop the hicine app directly, then restart your phone. I’ve tried this several times, and many times this step alone takes care of it. If it still doesn’t work, clear the app cache and data—this is especially effective for frequent crashes. Go to Settings > Apps > find hicine app > Clear cache. Basically, about 80% of the problems are solved.

Also, check your phone’s storage space and leave at least 1GB free for the hicine app to use. I previously kept getting the “app has stopped running” error because my storage was full. Closing those background apps that consume memory also helps. If you’ve tried all of these and it’s still crashing, try downloading and reinstalling the latest version of the APK—sometimes it’s a version compatibility issue.

You also need to check the permissions and make sure the hicine app has storage and network permissions. In addition, after a system update, the app sometimes crashes too—try updating your Android system. If it still doesn’t work, you can go into safe mode to see whether other apps are conflicting.

I’ve tried all these steps, and they can basically resolve most hicine app crash issues. If the problem keeps happening, you can tell me your phone model, Android version, and the specific details of when it crashes—maybe we can find a more targeted solution.
