Recently, social mining/points systems have become popular again, and I also get the itch to go try it out. Basically, it's the "fear of missing out" mentality: seeing others with badges and rising levels, I subconsciously feel like I'm falling behind, even though those things haven't really paid out anything yet.

But I set a rule for myself: treat time as part of my position. Expectations of rate cuts, the US dollar index, and risk assets all rise and fall together; the market mood is already noisy enough. If I also lose my mind trying to clear my task list in the evening, my brain will be fried the next day… Anyway, I can slowly accumulate points, no need to be hard on myself. I only use products I already know how to use, and just check in casually.
