Lately I’ve noticed how much time people spend in other people’s business, what they post, what they say, what they do.

Timelines are full of opinions about lives that aren’t ours to live.
But why does it take up so much mental space?
Every minute spent focused on someone else is a minute not spent building your own life. Attention is limited, and most people underestimate how much that costs them.
Your life is already a full time mission. Goals, discipline, direction, that’s where the focus should be. Everything else is noise unless you choose to make it relevant.
Even people you admire online, use it as inspiration, not commentary or comparison. That energy doesn’t build anything for you.
Stay in your lane. If it helps you grow, use it. If not, let it pass.
The less you live through others, the clearer your own life gets. And ironically, that’s when things start improving.
