AI Empowerment, RWA Breakthrough: XKONG Deconstructs the "Decentralized Health Ecosystem"

On April 21st, the “AI × RWA: The Action Economy” themed side event hosted by XKONG, an AI-driven one-stop family health management platform, successfully concluded in Hong Kong. The event gathered AI algorithm pioneers, Web3 practitioners, and senior experts in the RWA field to deeply explore AI’s core role in the health value revolution and to gain insights into the global strategic opportunities arising from the deep integration of AI and Web3.

From “Dialogue” to “Execution”: AI Agent-Driven Closed-Loop Ecosystem for Big Health

“AI is no longer just a dialogue box behind the screen but is evolving into an ‘executor’ that deeply participates in users’ health and life.” XKONG co-founder Perry Wang pointed out in his keynote speech.

Currently, XKONG has built a triad ecosystem consisting of the “AI Four Diagnosis Instrument” smart hardware, the XKONG app, and the upcoming AI health assistant KoKo, and has officially disclosed its “Decentralized Health Network” strategy: deploying over 3,500 health service terminals in Hong Kong, and reconstructing value distribution through token economics.

In this new “Action Economy” model, every health action and content interaction by users will be converted into Token rights, used for accessing platform AI services—forming a closed loop from “user behavior” to “AI consumption.” AI makes health services smarter and more inclusive; Web3 makes value distribution fairer and more efficient; RWA makes ecosystem development more solid and sustainable; the three mutually stimulate each other, building XKONG’s decentralized big health ecosystem.

Efficiency and Value Coexistence: When “Inspection, Listening, Questioning, Palpation” Meets AI and Web3

Addressing the pain points of modernizing traditional Chinese medicine, Dr. Peng Zhibiao, president of the Hong Kong Chinese Medicine Alumni Association, pointed out at the forum that the integration of AI and Web3 is driving traditional Chinese medicine from “experience inheritance” to “data-driven” cross-generational leap.

Dr. Peng believes that AI improves medical efficiency, Web3 reconstructs value distribution, but traditional Chinese medicine always centers on “people.” By using the Four Diagnosis Instrument to digitally collect data on tongue, face, pulse, and inquiry, relying on a 96-channel pulse diagnosis system that quantifies 16 classic pulse patterns in milliseconds, an assessment report can be generated within 3 minutes, significantly enhancing the objectivity of TCM diagnosis. In the future, he hopes to truly return health data to individuals, making every health behavior visible, recorded, and endowed with value—ultimately allowing technological progress to serve “people” itself.

Data Becomes Assets, Health Equals Value: RWA Reshapes New Infrastructure for Medical and Health

In the roundtable session, XKONG ecosystem leader Bailin, Waterdrop Financial co-director Wu Hao, King & Wood Mallesons partner Zhou Ying, and Victory Securities Lu Zhile discussed in-depth core topics such as “AI Agent lowering the participation threshold in ecosystems” and “RWA value capture of health data assets.”

The guests pointed out that the RWA track is experiencing structural expansion. Currently, the tokenized US debt market has surpassed $11 billion, with diversified assets like private credit and commodities continuously being integrated, demonstrating broad prospects for real assets on the chain. Under this trend, exploration of RWA in the healthcare sector is particularly noteworthy—health data itself has inherent value attributes and ongoing demand scenarios, making it one of the most promising applications of RWA.

Taking Matrix AI Network as an example, this network has built infrastructure for tokenizing personal biological data, enabling trusted verification and rights confirmation of health signals such as heart rate and sleep, transforming them into personal digital assets. Focusing on XKONG’s practice, the “AI Four Diagnosis Instrument” collects four-dimensional health data—tongue, face, pulse, inquiry—and tokenizes it through RWA mechanisms. This not only endows personal data with new value attributes but also provides verifiable, highly liquid data elements for downstream scenarios like medical research and insurance actuarial calculations.

Web3 investor Alex Wong analyzed XKONG’s model from a capital logic perspective. He pointed out that the current capital market is accelerating its shift from pure protocol narratives to real-world asset anchoring, seeking high-quality assets with stable cash flows and tangible support.

“XKONG’s fundamental layout is to build a decentralized health service ecosystem,” Alex Wong commented, “by transforming diagnostic and treatment capacity and service revenue of smart hardware into on-chain liquid assets, it achieves a deep coupling of physical hardware value and digital value.”

This forum not only marked XKONG’s first showcase of its core ecosystem but also signaled the official start of its global expansion. It is reported that XKONG plans to use Hong Kong as a pilot, entering more than 10 countries and regions worldwide by 2026.

Moving from “treating existing illnesses” to “preventive care,” from “experience-based” to “data-driven,” XKONG is promoting a new era in global health management through the deep integration of AI and RWA—one where user sovereignty is restored, value flows freely, and actions become incentives.

About XKONG

XKONG is a leading AI-driven one-stop family health management platform in Hong Kong, integrating AI technology and Web3 mechanisms to reshape how users manage health data and distribute value. The platform offers core functions such as AI report interpretation, 24/7 health consultation, multi-member family accounts, smart follow-up synchronization, OCR medical record recognition, and more, deeply adapted to local language habits and medical scenarios in Hong Kong.

Unlike traditional health apps, XKONG features exclusive deployment of Class II medical devices like the Chinese Medicine Four Diagnosis Instrument, mature Chinese medical resources, and AI health technology, forming a robust health service support. It pioneers a complete closed loop of “health behavior → entertainment interaction → consumption conversion → on-chain digital rights → AI services.” Every health action by users can feed back into their health management and the platform ecosystem, enabling sustainable growth and long-term commercial value.

Currently, XKONG has integrated with the Yikangtong follow-up system, strictly complies with Hong Kong’s “Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance,” and employs end-to-end encryption technology to fully ensure user data security.
