Albemarle chief accounting officer to retire after 36 years with Charlotte lithium giant

Donald LaBauve Jr., Albemarle Corp.'s chief accounting officer, will retire on June 1 after 36 years with the Charlotte-based lithium giant. His departure is part of a series of executive changes resulting from a company restructuring effort. Albemarle will experience this additional C-suite change in June.
