Iran Claims Strait of Hormuz Access Remains Blocked, No Ships Allowed

On April 21, according to CCTV News, Iran stated that following the United States’ violation of the ceasefire agreement, access to the Strait of Hormuz has been blocked, with all navigation strictly controlled by the Iranian Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps Navy. No ships are permitted to pass through the strait until a complete guarantee of the lifting of the maritime blockade against Iran is provided. Additionally, the passage of any military vessels is also prohibited.
