Weijie Chuangxin announces that shareholder Shenzhen Guren Capital Investment Co., Ltd. holds 26.18M shares, accounting for 6.08%, and together with its concerted action partner Shenzhen Shunshui Incubation Management Co., Ltd. holds a total of 31.22M shares, accounting for 7.26%. Due to its own funding needs, Guren Capital and its concerted action partner plan to reduce their holdings by a total of no more than 8.61M shares, representing 2% of the company’s total share capital, through centralized bidding and block trades between May 19, 2026, and August 18, 2026. Among these, any consecutive 90-day period will not see more than 1% reduction through either method.
