U.S. Bancorp (NYSE: USB) prices 5‑year callable notes at 4.40% yield
U.S. Bancorp is offering five-year callable fixed-rate Senior Medium-Term Notes with an interest rate of 4.40% per annum, maturing on April 30, 2031, unless redeemed earlier. The issuer has the option to redeem the notes in whole on scheduled Redemption Dates from October 30, 2027, to October 30, 2030, at 100% of the principal plus accrued interest. The notes are unsecured obligations of U.S. Bancorp, payable in U.S. dollars, and are not FDIC-insured, meaning payments depend on the issuer’s credit capacity.
