Silicon Electric Co., Ltd. announced that the operating revenue for 2025 will be 419 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 17.52%; net profit will be 52.8278 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 42.50%. The profit distribution plan approved by the company’s board of directors is: based on 41.73M shares, a cash dividend of 2.54 yuan (tax included) will be paid to all shareholders for every 10 shares; no bonus shares will be issued (tax included); and no capital reserve shares will be transferred to all shareholders for every 10 shares.
