Just read something pretty wild - a former crypto CEO and his family got robbed at knifepoint by assailants who literally broke in just to steal cryptocurrency private keys. Like, they didn't even care about the expensive car in the driveway, they specifically wanted crypto access. The assailants tied up his whole family demanding wallet keys, which is honestly terrifying when you think about it. Since he didn't actually hold any crypto, they just took cash and valuables instead. But the fact that these assailants knew exactly what they were after is the scary part here. Police got involved and the guy's now warning other crypto founders and CEOs to beef up security because this looks like organized targeted crime, not random robbery. Makes you think about how visible some of these people are in the industry and what that kind of attention can bring. Wild times.
