Lately, I've really been feeling the pressure of interest rates... Every time there's a hint of tightening, risk appetite seems to tighten up as well. No matter how lively the on-chain scene gets, I don't dare go all-in, especially since I tend to get liquidated easily when things heat up, chasing high until I start doubting my life choices. Now, it feels more like I'm adjusting my position using a "macro thermometer": whenever liquidity dries up, I first cut back on leverage and small long-tail coins, leaving some bullets in reserve to avoid emotional trading again.

And these past couple of days, I've seen cross-chain bridges fail again, or oracles report outrageous prices, and everyone in the group is just waiting for confirmation, basically looking for a reason to slow down. I'm the same—waiting for my heartbeat to return to normal before hitting the confirm button... I don't need to be understood, but I have to be responsible for my own positions, not let myself get liquidated into a mess again.
