Recently, I saw a bunch of screenshots of "label addresses" and "whale/smart money clustering" flying around in groups, to be honest, they can be used as references but shouldn't be taken as gospel. An address might belong to an exchange hot wallet, a market maker, or a multi-signature wallet shared by a few people. No matter how detailed the profiling is, there are blind spots, not to mention some people deliberately splitting addresses or layering them to make it look like "funds are entering the market."
A couple of days ago, during the extreme fee rate situation, everyone was arguing: is it a reversal or just a bubble squeeze? I was also itching to follow a "fund inflow" label and jump in, but after looking at the on-chain data for a while, it just got more confusing: flipping back and forth, it seemed like self-entertainment. In the end, I gave up—if I can't understand it, I won't act. Keep the position, sleep peacefully. Anyway, I’d rather miss out than be fooled by a story into losing my position.
