Southwest Airlines will begin offering Siete’s Mexican Wedding Cookies as its first co-branded snack on select flights starting Tuesday, April 21, with a full launch for Extra Leg Room passengers on June 18. Siete, an Austin-based company founded by the Garza family, started by making grain-free tortillas to address co-founder Veronica Garza’s autoimmune diseases. The company, which was acquired by PepsiCo last year for $1.2 billion, now offers a variety of healthy products and supports Latino companies through its Siete Juntos Fund.
