The Smarter Web Company completed approximately $2 million in private placement fundraising
Mars Finance reports that The Smarter Web Company, a UK Bitcoin treasury company, announced that it has completed a private placement of 4,286,410 ordinary shares under the previously signed subscription agreement.
The total funds raised from this placement amount to approximately £1.54M (about $2 million, before fees).
The price per share is approximately £0.36.
The company expects to achieve a net proceeds of about 98.25%.
The remaining ordinary shares not yet allocated under the current subscription agreement amount to 52,377,540 shares.
