Last night I was woken up again by "floating losses," which is quite absurd: during the day, when I have floating gains, I just think "Oh, it's okay," but at night, even a tiny floating loss makes my mind start playing movies: should I cut my losses, will it keep dropping, am I just fooling myself again... Basically, the gains feel like they were picked up on the way, and the losses feel like they were stolen from my pocket.

What’s even more frightening is that a couple of days ago I almost impulsively added leverage to "even things out," but luckily I got stuck on the internet and didn’t place the order. Calmly thinking about it now, it was truly a lifesaver. Now, during the airdrop season, it’s the same—point system makes people feel like clocking in at work, and the task platforms are anti-witch, the more competitive it gets, the easier it is to treat risk as nonexistent just to "not miss out." Anyway, I’ll prioritize my positions and sleep first, so that a little floating loss doesn’t take my whole night away.
