GS Finance Corp. is offering Trigger Autocallable GEARS notes linked to an equally weighted basket of 31 stocks, guaranteed by The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. These notes provide leveraged upside (1.50x gearing) if not automatically called and the basket performs well, but expose investors to full downside risk if the final basket level falls below 75% of its initial level. The notes have an expected trade date of April 24, 2026, and an expected maturity date of April 27, 2029, with potential automatic redemption on May 3, 2027, if the basket reaches an autocall barrier.
