Techub News: Bitcoin Core has released version 31.0. The main focus of this update is the introduction of the "Cluster Transaction Pool" design. This mechanism reorganizes related transactions into clusters of no more than 64 transactions or 101 KB, allowing nodes to more accurately assess the overall value of transaction groups based on fee rate charts, thereby optimizing block packaging efficiency and improving RBF and CPFP logic. Additionally, the new version significantly enhances privacy features, supporting users to broadcast privately via Tor or I2P networks, effectively hiding the IP address and geographic location of the transaction initiator. While ordinary transfer users are less affected, users utilizing the Lightning Network or complex wallet services may notice significant changes in transaction acceptance rules.
