Once the $AAVE attack event occurred, it can be basically concluded that AAVE is finished, and whether the project team and the ETH Foundation can recover in the long term remains to be seen. Once a DeFi protocol encounters a problem, the vast majority of users will never deposit funds again, and there will be a risk of a bank run later on. Referring to the previous theft of the DeFi protocol CETUS on the SUI chain, it was essentially a turning point from SUI's prosperity to decline. More than a year has passed since the incident, and SUI still hasn't recovered.

However, when a whale falls, all things flourish. The collapse of AAVE has instead given $SKY and $MORPHO an opportunity. Especially MORPHO, with BlackRock entering the project market share steadily increasing, looks promising for the next bull market.
AAVE0.99%
SKY2.44%
MORPHO0.2%
