Spot holdings can't be held, and contracts keep exploding. To be honest, it's not that you're slow with your trades, but that your position is driving you crazy: treating spot as "inventory," only buying the small amount you're willing to leave untouched; if you want to stimulate, use a small margin as a "ticket," lose it all and then leave, don't add more to try to recover. Contracts are even simpler, first decide "how much I can lose at most," then work backwards to determine how much to open; stop-loss isn't a matter of faith, it's the power button. Recently, the NFT royalty disputes also seem quite similar: everyone wants to take a little more, liquidity immediately runs away, and in the end, everyone suffers... Anyway, I now prefer to earn a little less than to have my account pierced by a needle.
