Haojiang Intelligent Announcement: The company and shareholders Mao Zhaoqi and others of Youte Power have signed the “Listed Company Equity Acquisition Agreement,” proposing a tentative cash consideration of 59.36 million RMB to acquire a 53% stake in Youte Power. After the completion of this transaction, the company will hold a 53% equity stake in Youte Power and will include it in the consolidated financial statements. The funds for the transaction come from the company’s own or self-raised legitimate funds. This transaction has been approved by the 22nd meeting of the third board of directors of the company and still requires approval from the company’s shareholders’ meeting.
