Recently, reviewing DAO proposals feels a bit like watching a murder mystery... On the surface, they say "optimizing incentives," but actually, they're shifting power: who can propose, who can modify parameters, who gets more voting rights. It's written very gently, but the knives are hidden between the words. The economic collapse of blockchain games is also quite similar; as inflation rises, studios enter the scene, the coin price spirals, and in the end, everyone asks, "Why did it go back to zero again?" To put it simply, when I review proposals now, I first look for "who is being rewarded, who is being diluted," rather than just focusing on slogans.
If I could keep only one habit: write down your maximum budget limit on paper before voting.
