BlackRock has reduced its voting rights in CVS Group plc to below 5%, specifically to 4.93% from 5.19%. Including financial instruments, their total voting position is now 6.63%, down from 5.26%. This change, which crossed the disclosure threshold on April 17, was communicated to CVS Group on Sunday and made public via a regulatory filing.
