Lately, I've been so numb from repeatedly earning testnet points that it’s almost become automatic. Originally, it was just to practice and get familiar with the interactions, but gradually it turned into “Should I also have expectations?”… Honestly, as soon as expectations form, my emotions start to lead me into over-committing, and my time and attention are drained along with it.

I gave myself a little patch: a maximum of two hours per day, stopping immediately if gas or cross-chain costs exceed a certain point; if the project rules become too complicated or require recruiting others, I just give up. Stop-loss isn’t about losing money; it’s about stopping when I realize I’m “waiting for a return” instead of “doing a practice run.”

Recently, everyone’s comparing RWA, US bond yields, and on-chain yield products, and I get tempted too, but then I think… the on-chain scene changes too fast. Don’t treat short-term points as long-term gains. Forget it, I’ll just focus on adjusting my mindset first.
