Shenzhou Cell: The controlling shareholder Lhasa Aileike pledges 7.86% of shares

Shenzhou Cell announced that the controlling shareholder, Lhasa Aileke, pledged 35 million shares held by it to the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited Beijing Economic and Technological Development Zone Branch on March 19, 2026, representing 12.90% of its holdings and 7.86% of the company’s total share capital. The pledge is used to apply for merger and acquisition loans and to provide guarantees for the company’s refinancing share issuance.
After the pledge, Lhasa Aileke holds 271 million shares, accounting for 60.90% of the company’s total share capital, with a total pledged share count of 35 million shares, and there are no significant asset restructuring, performance compensation guarantees, or liquidation risks.
