Vice President Vance of the United States and the American delegation will arrive in Islamabad today

Golden Finance reports that on April 20, according to the New York Post, U.S. President Trump said on Monday that Vice President Vance and the U.S. delegation are heading to Pakistan and are expected to arrive within a few hours. If the negotiations make a breakthrough, he is willing to meet with Iran’s top leadership. Trump said, “We should probably be negotiating. So I don’t think anyone is playing tricks right now.” He dismissed questions about the possibility that the talks could fall apart. Trump confirmed that the U.S. delegation—including Vice President Vance, envoy Wittekoff, and advisor Kushner—has already departed for Islamabad to attend the next round of negotiations. “They are now on their way there,” Trump said shortly after 9 a.m. Eastern Time on Monday (21:00 Beijing time). “They will arrive tonight (Islamabad time).”
