On the 20th, Bloomberg, citing a draft plan it obtained, reported that the EU is scheduled to announce on the 22nd—at the earliest—specific measures to address aviation fuel shortages, to be released as early as next month. The EU will issue guidance on how to flexibly apply relevant existing legal provisions to deal with situations such as airport use and flight cancellations during aviation fuel shortages.
