I just realized recently that I am quite typical: when I'm making quick profits, I sleep like nothing's wrong; even small floating losses cause my mind to automatically review "Should I cut losses?" "Did I see the trend wrong?" The more I think, the clearer I become. Frankly, losses seem to remind you "You've made a mistake," and before you even realize it, your emotions are already accounted for.

These days, looking at on-chain and exchange inflows, it's not as dramatic as it seems, but the group’s mood is noticeably tense, possibly related to hardware wallet shortages and the proliferation of phishing links—security anxiety stacking up, making floating losses feel more like they could turn into real losses at any moment. Anyway, I only have two things now: keep my position smaller, avoid clicking on random links, and focus on maintaining sleep quality before making any judgments.
